What are the payment options?
We accept payment via Paypal, all major credit and debit cards at the payment section of our site. Alternatively we can accept payment over the phone. Opt for "manual payment" at the checkout and give us a call on 01656 667510 and we can complete payment over the phone.
Bomb Cosmetic products are fine to use when pregnant and all their products have been tested with a variety of consumers in mind, including pregnant women. However, we would always recommend if you have any concerns regarding using any products, to consult your doctor first.
Are any of the products tested on animals?
We NEVER have and NEVER will stock any products or brands that have tested any of their finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do they employ a third party to do so on their behalf.
Why does the wick of my candle sometimes form a “mushroom” shape?
This usually occurs when the wick is too long. Extinguish the flame, allow the candle to cool and use a wick trimmer to trim the wick before relighting. Ensure that all wick trimmings are removed from the candle before relighting.
Can I recycle my glass jar or tin?
Yes! Remove the wick base and wash out the container.
Why won't my electric burner turn on?
9 times out of 10 this means the bulb has blown. All our burners come with a replacement bulb in the box.
Remember to use tissue to handle the bulb when replacing it.
